Palompon Institute of Technology Online Application 2026-2027: Admission Test For College of Graduate Studies 1st Semester 2026-2027. Check Below Requirements
1. Duly accomplished ONLINE application form with data privacy consent – 2 copies
2. Photocopies of PSA birth certificate – 2 copies
3. Recent 2×2 id picture (colored background, with name tag & wearing decent attire) – 2 pieces
4. Photocopies of diploma or any equivalent proof (Bachelor’s degree for Masteral program/Master’s degree for Doctoral program) -2 copies
Online PROCEDURE
Phase 2 (Examination to Interview)
1. Download and print the test permit and application form.
2. Fill-out the application form.
3. Submit the hardcopies of the requirements to the Guidance Office during the examination schedule.
4. Proceed to the testing area for the admission test with the test permit, pencil, eraser and valid ID.
5. Take the admission test to be administered by the Registered Guidance Counselors.
6. Wait for the announcement for the releasing of the official test result and claim it at the Guidance Office.
7. Proceed to the CGS for the program interview.
PROCEDURE
Phase 1 (Online Application) admission
1. Pay the Admission Test Fee at the Cashier.
2. Create or use an existing account as means of communication to the application.
3. Log in to the online admission test application porta institute
4. Fill-out the information Online with data privacy cог
5. Scan the following requirements then submit them i Online Admission Portal:
Recent 2×2 ID picture (white background, with nametag and wearing decent attire)
Admission Test Fee Receipt
6. The Guidance Office will evaluate the application.
7. Once verified, the applicant will be notified in the Online Application for Admission Test portal of his/her date and time of the admission test.
