TCU CEAA 2025-2026 Basic Educational Qualification

  • Applicant must already be enrolled;
  • If 18 years old or older, applicant must be an active voter of Taguig;
  • At least one of the parents must be an active voter of Taguig;
  • Family must be residents of Taguig for at least three (3) years; and
  • Of good moral character both in paper and in actual behavior.

How to apply? Follow these steps.

1. Go to https://tcu-ceaa.taguig.gov.ph.

2. Read and understand thoroughly all the information provided.

3. Click “Register Now!”

4. You will be redirected to https://ticportal.taguig.gov.ph – Taguig Citizen’s Portal login page.

5. If you already have an account at TLC Portal, proceed directly to Step 7. If you don’t have an active account yet, click “Register here” and create your personal account..

6. Verify and activate your created account.

7. Login using your credentials.

8. On your TLC Citizens’ Portal dashboard, look for and click “TCU-CEAA SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION” section.

9. Proceed with the Online Application.

A. For New Applicants

i. Answer the Basic Qualification Questionnaire.

ii. Fill out all the needed information completely, correctly and truthfully.

iii. Review your answers.

iv. Once reviewed and confirmed to be accurate, click “Submit Application”.

B. For Renewing Applicants

i. On your dashboard, click “TCU-CEAA Scholarship Application”. ii. Click “Update application for 2nd Semester, S.Y. 2025-2026”.

iii. Update all the needed information correctly and truthfully.

iv. Review your answers.

v. Once reviewed and confirmed to be accurate, click “Submit Application”.

10. Once your submission is successful, a confirmation message will be sent to your registered email address. Should you fail to receive a confirmation message, please refer to Item No. 1 under “Important Reminders” below.

11. For New Applicants, schedule of submission of requirements will be posted on Taguig Scholarships Facebook Page. Like, follow, and check the page regularly.

12. For Renewing Applicants, wait for further announcements.

Important Details to Reminder

1. If no confirmation message is received via email:

a. Review and make sure you have completely finished and submitted your online application.

b. Please ensure that your e-mail account has sufficient storage capacity.

c. Check you Spam folder.

2. Avoid using a private or incognito window when accessing the Online Scholarship Application System.

3. All official announcements will be posted on Taguig Scholarships Facebook Page.

4. While waiting for the schedule of submission of requirements, please secure and prepare all the needed requirements.

What are the requirements to be submitted?

FOR NEW APPLICANTS

Submit the following certificates:

1. Junior High School Certificate/Grade 10 Report Card/Certification from Principal of the school that the applicant graduated from

2. Senior High School Diploma/Grade 12 Report Card/Certification from Principal of the school that the applicant graduated from

3. School ID (preferred) or any VALID Government-issued ID (within the validity period, photocopied back-to-back on a single page)

4. Birth Certificate
