She Graduated From the School of Law in Mendiola in the Year 1994 and She Was Conferred a Certificate in American Law at the Berkeley School of Law, University of California in 2015.

Erwin M.Enad Holds the Degree of Bachelor of Laws from the Ateneo De Davao University, Master in Management from the University of the Philippines Mindanao & Master in National Security Administration from the National Defense College of the Philippines Where he was awarded a Bronze Medal For Academic Excellence

The PRC/Commission is the Licensing & Regulatory Agency of the National Government for the Practice of Regulated Professions.
The PRC Became Operational On 4th January 1974.
PRC Performs Two Key Functions Which are 1) Conduct and Administer Licensure Exam 2) Regulate and Supervise the Practice of the Professional Exercised in Partnership with the 46 Professional Regulatory Boards PRBs in the Fields of Education, Health, Business, Social Sciences, Technology and Englineering.
The PRC Serves Above 4.9 Million Professionals ( As of 2022 October ). From 46 Various Regulated Professionals & the Hundreds of thousands of Aspiring Professionals Who Take the Licensure Exam Every Year.
